From the desk of
Sein Loire, 1920s Berlin Archives
Damen und Herren,
Thanks to the hard work of many Berlin tenants, it is with great honour that I write to you from the official office of the 1920s Berlin Archives. Our primary mission is to capture and catalog the history of the 1920s Berlin Project, from the beginning to the present, and the days yet to come.
We hope you will join us in building the archives by contributing documents that have relevance to our city’s history. The entire archive’s repository will be available on the Web, and the Archives Board will be curating special collections that will be available in-world.
We are in the process of developing a submission packet that will be available at the office located on the second floor of City Hall. Until that time, contact me directly and I will provide the necessary paperwork for your submission(s). All submissions are reviewed and selected by committee.
If you are interested in following the archive’s activities and development, please join our group.
Archives Board member Zoe Foodiboo will be conducting tenant interviews to collect our city’s oral history. Share how you discovered Berlin, what your first days were like, and how things have changed.
